Each person registered as a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth shall use a rubber stamp, embossed seal or digital seal (computer-generated image), or other form approved by the Board.
It will have a serrated border or starburst type border with the words "Commonwealth of Massachusetts", the Engineer's name, license number, and the words "Professional Engineer" and may include one’s Licensed Branch or Discipline.
