Description
The West Virginia Professional Engineer Seal Stamp is state board approved and comes with a free electronic seal included. This stamp is the most economical form of stamp and is good for using industrial inks such as quick drying ink to stamp on mylar. The regular wooden handle stamps can be used with a separate stamp pad and are most economical version of the stamp. The stamp pads can be switched for color combinations.
